It’s as much of a surprise to you as it is to us, but The Correctness is 1 year old this week. From its inauspicious beginnings as as a widely ignored blog on the internet to it’s current status as a widely ignored blog on the internet, The Correctness has weathered a number of seasons. Four.
We can barely remember what we had for breakfast, (though sometimes there are shirt clues to help us), so we looked back through the archives, and came up with a list of our favorite articles. We present these to you as a poll, and ask you, oh dear readers, to help us decide the “Favorite stories of the year: 2010″. If you have other favorites we haven’t added to the poll, leave a comment, and we’ll add them in. You can vote for up to 3 stories.
We decided to choose our favorite story by each of the three of us, as well as adding one more to round it out to 10.

Apart from being hilarious, I think Dave really branched out here from his usual style as he is more of a pop culture pundit. It’s one of those “I wish I wrote that” articles.

just something I felt might have deserved a second look, especially when one takes into account the amount of effort I put into the damned thing.
Goodnight Hobo (RobbieRobTown)
Clearly, this is his epic. More so than the Epic of Karnes, which , while epic, does not contain the line “Muppity Muppity Muppity Mupp”. I look forward to terrifying my child with this one day.

Hey Holly. You should be able to choose 3, i checked the settings, and they were acting up, but I’ve beaten them back into submission. Will add Middle Earth to the list.
Poll will be up until we get bored of it, or until it seems done.

Gah… I will have to think think think about this one… It’ll be between Travel Guide to Middle Earth; Goodnight Hobo; Magic The Gathering Expansion Set; Hamlet’s Daytimer; 7 Things You Should Already Know About Flying Cars; Emergency Car Repair; The Correctness Explains; and Book club… Jeez it is a good thing you don’t have the Haiku Cycle Requiem for the Indicator Light or I would have to figure that one in too…
