The Correctness is expanding once again! Don't worry folks, it's not like a West Coast Avengers thing. We've added to our staff in a few ways. First off, our intrepid Cub Reporter Keith (@CubReporterK on twitter) has his own byline now, so you may be seeing a few more articles by him popping up. In addition to that, The Correctness has agreed to take part in the Summer Intern program offered through Mount Royal University here in Calgary, and we're pleased (maybe) to announce that we have our very own intern. Please welcome Benji Halverson (Intern_Benji) to The Correctness. He'll be tasked with things like writing some "insider" articles, to give folks a feel for what things are like here in the office, as well as improving the air flow through the bullpen, and maybe sorting through the stacks of comics etc, and organizing things for us. Welcome everyone!
Hey Folks, admin_rock here. It's come to my attention that it's been a long time since we armed you with any new ammo for causing nerds to fight and argue. And really, it's so very pleasing to sit back and let them have at, guaranteed entertainment for the entire evening, IF YOU DO IT RIGHT. Any ham-fisted, slack jawed noob can throw out a "Heroes Sucks"; and to be fair, that wouldn't start a fight, so much as a tacit agreement amongst everyone in the room.
So, here's a few more to keep your nights lively! Keep in mind, you don't actually have to agree with the statment. It's effect will be that of throwing a big meaty bone into Michael Vick's living room. (ed: Michael Vick is Football player. He was arrested for being involved in a dog fighting ring.) (ed: Football is a "Sport".)
Don't worry, we'll walk you through these slowly.

Summer is over, new Television is with us, and the crappy Movie season begins.
Since before the days of the Intertubes, mankind has been assembling, sorting, and placing things in top 10, or 7, or 3 lists. We at The Correctness applaud these efforts, but feel that sometimes they can be too general. Like say "Top 10 Science Fiction Movies". Easy enough, you have your 6 favorites, and can throw a few more in to make up the difference.
But today, we embark on a quest to award films for VERY specific things. To wit: The First Correctness Way Too Specific Movie Awards. The Categories must be strictly defined, but still allow for a number of films to be considered. "Best Keanu Reeves movie where he plays a surfing cop" would be TOO specific. But say, "Best Movie featuring a bomb on a moving vehicle", or "Best Movie taking place mostly inside a computer" would be okay.

I’m with Tomass… the urge to correct magic termonlogy, card design convention, and other such nitpicky bullshit is almost too strong to resis. Not to mention the more obvious errors such as “two feet two the left”…. but funny stuff none the less.

I’m sorry but the Tbinns card is way broken. First he should be an Epic Rare not a mere uncommon. Second with one mana I could bring into play all my “hot female creatures”? Really? – really? From where? my library, hand and graveyard!?! Krikee! why not give them all haste while your at it? All for 1 red mana – please! What kind of whack job came up with these cards – their crazy – crazy!!!!

I have binders of cards dedicated to breaking rules and exceptions. Although my favorite deck is still not mine. It belongs to Tom, the whole deck was designed to give you your opponents deck, nothing worse then being killed by your own creation. Imagine the horror Tbinns of your dear little halflings turning their fireworks against you…
