Listen, I’m not one to bag on things… Okay, I’m TOTALLY one to do that, but seriously! I came down to San Diego this past weekend, went down to the Convention Center, expecting to get my geek on, and … it’s just terrible.
There was no Marvel booth, no DC booth, no movie studios previewing new sci fi films. None of it! On the web, they talk it up like it’s this big event, but it was mostly bad! Of course, if you’re in to some Businesswoman cosplay, you might have dug it. And I’m not sure why all the panels were about Dentistry and Accounting for Dentistry, but A couple of them were ok.
On the whole, I’m pretty disappointed, and giving the whole thing a 2/10.
Disappointing. I have “attend SDCC” on my bucket list but now i’m not so sure.
I do like me some Lois Lane cosplay though.

This was my first, and my last, Comic-Con. I flew all the way from Washington DC, and all I did was walk around for the entire time. There’s too many people; thanks to the 400,000 folks there, I didn’t get to see 1 panel.
What a waste of money and time. Nuff said.
