If you are looking to replace Robin, I think an Invisible Woman vs. Kitty Pryde would be interesting, in that Sue can’t hit Kitty, but Kitty can’t see Sue. Or maybe that would just be really boring.

wait a minute. I think it’s very important to know exactly WHERE these battles are taking place. How big are the arenas? Are there places to hide? Are they even on earth? Are they in the Marvel universe, the DC universe or some other dimension? How are the matches organized? Did the super heroes sign up for them, in which case would they know who they are going to fight and be able to train/plan accordingly? Is this like a “The 10th Man” (great 60’s Italian film) game show thing where one gets the name of who they are to hunt and the other has to figure it out before they get iced? Location and the context of their encounter is essential to knowing who would prevail. Set the scene!

Kitty Pryde can phase out a portion of her victims if she so chooses.
Kitty is trained in Ninjitsu, she was trained in fighting with strap-on adamantium claws by wolverine (DoFP), She can phase through and destroy electronics, she can float on air, and very little (if anything non-deus-ex-machina) can hurt her while phased. Robin, in fact every robin together couldn’t defeat her.
Her eventual match up with Wolverine will be more difficult though, because theoretically nothing can kill the man that regenerated back wholly from a single drop of blood. Wolvie could never hit Kitty, and kitty could never kill Logan.

How does Kitty Pryde’s powers work? Can she reach inside a safe grab something, phase it, and then pull it out?

If so couldn’t she just reach inside everyone’s chest and then pull their hearts out for an easy win?

- Ironman: I agree with the fact that he would get his hand on some kryptonite.

- Batman

- Hellboy: I think his longevity would play a factor.

- Wolverine

- Robin: I choose him purely as an underdog. Every bracket needs an upset of Cinderella story.

- Captain America: He wouldn’t punch her but he’d find a way to take it down.

Iron Man vs. Superman–Iron Man can certainly get hold of all the Kryptonite he needs before even attacking, therefore, Iron Man

Batman vs. Rorshach: Batman. I don’t think Rorschach uses guns either, though I could be wrong. Either way, Batman’s faster, stronger, smarter, a master tactician, and is not crazier than fuck (although, to be fair, this last may actually be an advantage for Rorschach).

Hulk vs. Hellboy: Tie

Wolverine vs. Aquaman: Wolverine. Aquaman has no control over anything inorganic, so even if he brings a ton of sea creatures to try to drown Wolverine, Wolverine can just make sashimi.

Shadowcat vs. Robin: Why???
Robin: I’m hitting you! I’m hitting you!
Shadowcat: Good luck with that.

Captain America vs. Wonder Woman: Wonder Woman by default. I don’t think Cap would hit a female hero.
